Fall is here and for some reason, we’re hungry about it! It’s football season, and Thanksgiving is around the corner, so we know people are looking for great dishes to host at their next get-together. Without further ado, let’s dive into these three-course meals for fall, that feature plenty of foods specific to an autumn harvest!
Meal One
Berry Appetizing

The first course of this meal is a deliciously light pull-apart bread. This appetizer features the sweet and tart pop of dried (or fresh) cranberries, and the savory chew of warm gooey brie. What a great way to start the gathering!
Roasted Chicken, Potatoes, and Onions

After everyone’s mingling, energized, and feeling cozy, it’s time for them to settle into those fall feelings with a crispy roasted garlic chicken. This buttery, garlicky, peppery entree is the star of the show … but that doesn’t mean you can’t serve it with a vegetable of your choice. Consider baking some sweet potatoes, broccoli, or Brussels sprouts to elevate the dish.
France … but Tropical

Without a doubt, people are going to be quite full after two courses, but that’s when you remind them there’s still dessert. Their stomachs will find room for this warm, sugary, doughy banana beignet. Then, you better clear some couch space because you’ll have some guests looking for a good place to nap.
Meal Two
Apple Pickin’

Some people are going to love this one, and some people may pass, so be sure to have a veggie tray or chips and dip nearby for those folks. These apple and cheddar puff pastries are another delightfully sweet and savory bite. They’re a great way to fill stomachs, increase appetite, and have the salty entree and decadent dessert on the guests’ minds.
Hot, Salty, Sweet

For the entree, we’re keeping the sweet and savory theme rolling … but we’re taking it up a notch with some heat. These hot honey pork chops will leave your dinner party’s mouths watering with flavor and spice! Serve with escarole and white beans for added texture and nutritional value or a leafy green and bean of your choice.
Is This a Date?

Yes, it’s actually multiple dates! The dessert to finish this evening of delight is a sticky toffee pudding. The brown sugar toffee and pureed date combine to create a chewy and dense sponge cake. Serve them with a dollop of whipped cream (sweetened or unsweetened, your choice) and a drizzle of the toffee sauce. Every bite will make the night a little cozier and ensure that your guests leave feeling warm and sweet.
Meal Three
Cheesy Potatoes

We know we had you at cheese, and then we really got you with potato! But it gets even better. Although this appetizer takes a little extra effort and time to prepare, it’s worth it, because great things take time. These cheesy potato gratin stacks are everything you’ve dreamed of. They’re buttery, creamy, soft, cheesy, and starchy. The thin layers of potato slices trap all of the flavor and transport it straight to your face.
Roasted Veggies

Vegetables alone may sound more like a side than an entree, but we assure you that this group of veggies will barely leave enough room for the third course. These oven-roasted root vegetables are crispy and tender in all the right places. Not to mention, if you’re feeling a little nutty, dress them up with an optional spicy pecan topping. With golden beets, sweet potatoes, carrots, red onions, and red beets, your plate will be an explosion of color–and flavor.
Have a Muffin!

Whether your guests plan to stay a little longer, or they need to hit the road, this parting gift is sure to end their night on a tasty note. These pumpkin chocolate chip muffins are best fresh out of the oven, when the chocolate chips are melting. If you have to send your guests on their way, at least send them on their way with sweet, chocolatey goodness.
We Hope You Try at Least One
Whether you decide to try one or all of these three-course meals for fall, we hope you enjoy each dish and get to share it with people you care about! After all, filling bellies is one of the best ways to make others feel important and loved.
